SPR# JBAA483KS3 - Restore the default date order of dd/mm/yy on the server console of Unix International English servers. This problem was previously fixed in R4.6.5a, but not in R5.

Problem:
The correct format for international servers is dd/mm/yy. This issue was
reported to Lotus Quality Engineering and has been addressed in Domino Releases
4.6.5a, 4.6.6, 5.0.2b and 5.0.3.
